The UCL Technology Fund LP (“Fund”) is an English limited partnership registered under reference LP017126. The Fund is an Alternative Investment Fund as defined under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (2011/61/EU) and Albion Capital Group LLP (“Albion Capital”) is the Fund’s Alternative Investment Fund Manager as required under the AIFMD and the Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). Albion Capital is authorised and regulated by the FCA.
Fund investors must be classified under the Rules of the FCA as either an “eligible counterparty” or a “professional customer”.
