The UCL Technology Fund LP (the “UCLTF” or the “Fund”) is an English limited partnership registered under reference LP017126. The Fund is an Alternative Investment Fund as defined under the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive (2011/61/EU) (“AIFMD”) and Albion Ventures LLP (“Albion Ventures”) is the Fund’s Alternative Investment Fund Manager (“AIFM”) as required under the AIFMD and the Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”). Albion Ventures is authorised and regulated by the FCA.

The Fund is only available for investment in by persons who may be classified under the Rules of the FCA as either an “eligible counterparty” or a “professional customer”. Any enquiry from a person who may be classified under the Rules as a “retail customer” will be declined.
