Intrinsic is developing a new type of all silicon non-volatile memory

The Resistive Random Access Memory (RRAM) technology has shown 400x lower switching energy and 6 times lower voltage than FLASH memory, whilst being highly compatible with current semiconductor manufacturing processes. This ground breaking technology is being developed in Anthony Kenyon’s group within Electronic and Electrical Engineering.

The UCL Technology fund have invested to introduce a commercial mentor as the business prepares to spin-out and to fund a number of technological developments.
